What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Our review process for next financial year has one more step than it did last financial year when we launched the performance module. Employees have come to know that they can hover over the white dots to see the progress of their review. They will no longer have the ability to do this . It would be helpful from an end user perspective to remain consistent and have the ability to show 8 or more steps on the review progress bar in the My Performance Reviews box (employee portal). |
