SSO SAML Sign-out

Our SSO team suggested to follow Microsoft recommended logout flow:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/develop/single-sign-out-saml-protocol

1. User clicks the sign-out button.

2. Service provider (PageUp) will generate SAML 2.0 LogoutRequest and redirect to Identity provider

3. Identity provider will post a logoutResponse to Service provider’s LogoutURL.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Sign out of PageUp in line with SAML 2.0 protocol

    Thank you for your feedback.

In line with current best practices around Federated Identity, PageUp doesn't support Federated Logout at this time. By clicking the logout button - within the PageUp application - the user will be directed to a web page which confirms they've logged out of the PageUp application, and advising them to close their browser window to ensure that all application access ends
