User Feedback to Page Up re Super User Functionalities

Similar to other sizable corporations, Staff Recruitment and Learning & Development are two critical HR functions under separate authority of control in Hong Kong Housing Society. We are astonished to find in the 1st iteration that an appointed Super User will have access to applicant / staff data on both sides.

Though colleagues on both teams trust each other, to respect personal data privacy and comply with internal control policies, it is NOT necessary for staff on L&D to view personal data of job applicants and/or appointees and it is also unreasonable asking SR staff to input training records after staff attended certain courses.

We think this is the market norm and hope you understand the dilemma, kindly explore and to have this fixed before the UAT planned for 8 Feb 2021.
