Provide a searchable option on Generic List Legacy

What business value are you trying to achieve?

consistency of platform behaviour - Users would not know the difference between a Generic List and a Generic List Legacy and would wonder why one list allows a search and the other does not.

    be nice to get consistency between the two types of generic lists

    hopefully in the longer term migrate away from the Generic List Legacy items
