Within the Recruitment Steps setup we'd like to see the ability to control whether a hiring manager can send an email to an applicant. We have work instructions indicating what they should do on the page, however they have gone ahead and submitted an email to the candidate and should not have, such as an offer of employment when it has not yet been approved. The page is even set to a default email template |
