What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Sometimes an applicant accepts a contract and is working through their onboarding tasks Onboarding can go on for a long time e.g. a year if they leave the role and pick up another position we need to remove the tasks for the original role Technically they have accepted the contract - even been performing it for some time. we want to be able to reflect they accepted the contract but remove the tasks |
we also need this ability. Frequently new staff may accept or change offers during the process, and we need a mechanism to remove or mark complete on their behalf if actually already completed
Also, onboarding tasks do not dynamically update when changes are made, so it would be great to be able to remove any that are no longer applicable from pending offers who haven't started. This was especially important during the pandemic as business requirements shifted regularly.
we would like to be able to remove tasks as well, in the scenario where an offer is rescinded.
