Agreed. Often times we have new employees who end up completing certain docs in-person. The ability to remove those tasks from their dashboard would be great. Also, when a change is made to a workflow having a pending hire's dashboard automatically updated.
Yes agree. We need to ability to delete rather than mark complete or assign to another manager as they may be old entries or may not have commenced after accepting offer.
This is important for reporting purposes as records would not reflect the relevant action in these cases,
we also need this ability. Frequently new staff may accept or change offers during the process, and we need a mechanism to remove or mark complete on their behalf if actually already completed
Also, onboarding tasks do not dynamically update when changes are made, so it would be great to be able to remove any that are no longer applicable from pending offers who haven't started. This was especially important during the pandemic as business requirements shifted regularly.
we would like to be able to remove tasks as well, in the scenario where an offer is rescinded.
