We just started using the Work Compliance API with the vendor Tracker. The integration can fail if the employee has a special character in their first name or last name. Accent marks and other "special" characters are fairly common for our new hires/applicants. We anticipate there to be a number of failures as we continue to utilize this integration.
We would like to request for reporting on the status so that we can set it up to run to a campus high level user if there is a failure. That way our hiring managers and decentralized department users don't have to figure out how to fix this, the campus higher level user or a super user can be notified daily of failures and resolve quickly. Without this report new hires may not have their required documentation completed on time and within state/federal regulations if we don't catch these errors in a timely manner.

This is still something that is not available to report on, either in legacy or enhanced reporting and continues to be a frequently requested item for our campus users.
