When clients send the inbound User file add supervisor and PD#

We are requesting that the supervisor and 1up supervisor is on the User file, not the Positions file. We are a mid-size university and we have multiple employees in the same position within a department. We also request the position description number is tied to the person, not the position (for the same reason). We are requesting this as we are being told we have to send over a unique position per employee even if all the data is the same. In addition, because we are sending over duplicate rows they are appearing when we are creating a requisition -- creating a lot of confusion for our users.
