It would be great for the optional onboarding task to have the ability to be selected as a My favorite task and then used how that specific department needs to use that particular task.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
The ability to have more flexibility with onboarding tasks within the onboarding portal. Some departments would like to convert their paper hire forms specific to their college or department into electronic forms. In order to do this, a superuser has to create an onboarding form and create a task to correspond to that form. Since these would be specific to a particular college or department, they don't need to be seen by others who have access to those workflows. |
