As we are building out our onboarding workflows, we didn't realize we had to turn this functionality on for each application status such as "Offer accepted", "Offer accepted, form complete", and "Hired". It would be helpful to see a green check mark indicating onboarding is active the way there is a check mark indicating whether an application status sends emails or SMS, or is current recruitment.

Great suggestion Mark - the report mentioned will give you an overview of all application statuses and whether 'onboarding' is allowed - and you can add filters to the report to get down to the specific information you require.
Our recruitment processes are highly configurable with lots of different options available - and this is also dependent on the modules a client has activated. Given onboarding is not in use by all clients, we would suggest a report to get the information you require instead of it being a column on the recruitment process summary page
