Delete Scheduled Emails - based on permission group

Allow the deleting of schedule emails based on permission group so we can allow more than superusers and those who created the communication to delete them (e.g. recruiters).

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Currently, only the user who created an email communication has permission to delete it or a superuser. We have the need for other users to delete the scheduled email. For example, if a hiring manager sends a schedule email in error, we would like the recruiter or HR representative to have the ability to delete these emails also.
