What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
When setting up new recruitment process, our practice is to setup and test in UAT. However, after everything worked, we have to manually re setup the process in Production. This is very labor intensive, also is prone to errors which requires another round of testing in PRD to ensure all is manually transferred correctly. |
