What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
PropertyGuru uses the Time to Fill (TTF) analytics to report the monthly TTF numbers to their management. And as they have jobs with Hold Days, they realized that the TTF calculation in Analytics currently does NOT use Hold Days (i.e. only the job start date and the job filled date are used). Aware that this applies to both the Legacy Analytics (i.e. the old version) and New Analytics (i.e. the current version), client is requesting to fix this otherwise they would have to resort to report builder > build their own templates > and ended up having different report format than what they had been previously provided to their management. |
