Create Requisition-Ability to make Position and Job Description Fields Required

We would like the flexibility to make the Position and Job Description fields on the 1st page of the New Requisition process both required fields.

We would like the flexibility to make the Position and Job Description fields on the 1st page of the New Requisition process both required fields.

    We have hiring managers who are not selecting a position when creating a new requisition and the position attributes are not pulled into the Requisition. They instead manually enter the details which leaves room for error. We would like the ability to make the Position look up field and job description lookup field required.

    This is a real pain point for our managers because we need both of the fields on our requisition initiation to be required, and when they don't we have to ask them to start over.
