It would be beneficial for the cancellation reason to be stored on the Job Card Notes so it can easily be referred to retrospectively

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
When a job is moved to cancelled, PageUp allows the user to leave a note explaining the reason for the cancellation. Live Support have advised the only way to view this note is to run a Jobs (Live) Dataview report, using the Job Position | Cancelled Note field. |
