One-stop point for all pending tasks for all modules under the task tab. For now, the task tab is only linked to Learning Module for pending approval. this should be extended to Performance Module too for all pending reviews. This allow the managers to just click on the task tab and review whats require their action. This idea came about because the PageUp performance module is not user friendly for 1up manager. 1Up Managers does not receive any trigger and send a reminder for pending reviews that requires actions. The review just sits in the system. 1Up manager needs to make an effort to search for pending review or task which not is efficient.
