Bounce email issues - SENDGRID results recorded in Application history

reduced demand on PageUp support and improved delivery of applicant messages and reduced support requirement by us as a client

Add SendGrid error results and setting to Application history

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Minimise rework trying to identify why bounce flag is set

currently need to do the normal checks with applicant to confirm email address

then get their spam settings fixed

and if still crook - contact PageUp support who have to query SendGrid

If we had error message tracked in application history it would simplify fault finding

      Please integrate Sendgrid with PageUp so we can see error message, update as required and clear the issue/unblock etc

      I appreciate you have to block to prevent getting treated as spam service

      any chance you can tie into your email being in friends list to allow unblocking the spam setting in sendgrid?

      allow us the ability to clear the blocking in SENDGRID

      or automatically clear and not leave blocked - especially if we have amended the applicant account
