In our organisation, access to certain PageUp products, such as Recruitment Marketing and Succession, is restricted to specific users. While these products appear as ‘locked’ for users who do not have access, the tiles are still visible and can be selected.
Selecting a locked tile can trigger a notification to Administrators that a user has attempted to access the product. This can create unnecessary confusion, as users may not understand what the product is or why it is visible to them, while Administrators may be unsure why the user is attempting to access an area they do not require.
It is suggested that PageUp provide functionality to hide or remove products and tiles from view for users who do not have access, rather than only displaying them as locked.

This functionality would provide users with a cleaner and more relevant view of PageUp, showing only the products available to them. It would also reduce confusion and unnecessary access notifications for Administrators, creating a simpler experience for both users and system administrators. |
