Allow managers and administrators to flag individual performance reviews or bulk flag multiple performance reviews for follow-up, review, or administrative action.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Currently, performance reviews can only be maintained in an Active or Archived status. There is no mechanism for managers or system administrators to easily identify reviews that require attention, such as duplicate review assignments, data cleanup, follow-up discussions, or other administrative actions. Adding a Flag capability would provide a simple way to mark reviews that need additional review without affecting their active or archived status. This would improve visibility, streamline maintenance activities, and help administrators manage performance review records more effectively. |
