Add lReportsToProviderID to the Job Approval Process Approved email recipient

Currently, when a job card approval workflow is approved, the system sends the approval notification email to lProviderID, lRequestProviderID, and lAssistantProviderID. However, lReportsToProviderID is not included in the recipient list.

Please update the notification process to include lReportsToProviderID as a recipient of the Job Approval Process Approved email.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

lProviderID, lRequestProviderID, lAssistantProviderID, and lReportsToProviderID can all be assigned as roles on a job card. Since these roles are stakeholders in the job card process, they should receive the same approval communications.

Including lReportsToProviderID in the approval notification will improve visibility into the approval process, ensure consistent communication among all assigned roles, and eliminate the need for users in the lReportsToProviderID role to manually monitor job card status updates.
