Search committee members often need to review both the candidate's resume and cover letter together to fully assess qualifications. Currently, having to open and navigate between separate windows can make the review process less efficient and increase the risk of missing important context. Proposed Enhancement: Allows search committee members to view a candidate's resume and cover letter within a single review screen. This will Improve reviewer efficiency by reducing the need to open multiple files and creates a more streamlined and user-friendly search committee experience.
