We would like the "Assign applicant to a talent pool" section within the candidate status change workflow to support additional category sets and tags configured under Settings > Other > Categories/Tags, rather than being limited to category sets with the system type Talent Pool. This enhancement would provide greater flexibility in candidate management, allowing recruiters to assign and track applicants using custom categories as part of the status change process without requiring separate actions. Expanding this functionality would improve workflow efficiency and support a broader range of talent pooling and candidate segmentation use cases across different organisations.
