When we ask Paige to identify candidates who have answered particular questions from our application form, it does so very well. However, we would like to be able to direct Paige to apply a traffic light colour to those applicants, and even better would be to direct Paige to move those candidates to a particular candidate status.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
It would make the work Paige puts in easier for the Recruiter to then action. This would be a massive time saver. This doesn't seem much different to rules on an application form automating candidates who answer particular questions moving to a particular candidate status. |
