Speed up data refresh for enhanced reporting
if data is stale - detect it and force a refresh before reports get sent out with stale data
if reports are sent with stale data - provide warning in the report email
Resend scheduled reports once data is refreshed
include date and time data in the report about how old the data is. e.g. last updated.... DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM
