Similar to being able to delegate approvals, it would be nice to have the option to delegate onboarding. Right now, the Hiring Manager is the onboarding delegate and they have to have specific permissions to see the onboarding tasks. Being able to delegate the onboarding to an Administrative Assistant or someone that onboards new hires would be very helpful.
