Currently, the only individuals that can be configured to receive the 'Offer Approved' email template once an offer has gone through an entire approval process is the Originator (default; the individual who submits the offer for approval), and the Recruiter/Assistant Recruiter (only if Offer approved notification to additional users setting is enabled). However, we have common situations where the individual who submits the offer for approval is not a recruiter nor the Hiring Manager, leading to situations where this comm. not being received by the Hiring Manager once an offer is approved.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
This would allow for all parties who should be involved on an offer notification (Originator, Hiring Manager, Recruiter, Assistant Recruiter) to receive the 'Offer Approved' communication, should these roles be unique users. It would streamline communications regarding this feature and reduce delays due to the originator etc. being out of office. |
