Free text field added to the offer check types, in addition to the date field

Ability to communicate to those users who can see the offer card, any delays or issues with the progress of the offer checks, eliminating the need to communicate through a separate vehicle. Including this field in reporting options would also be helpful.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Streamlined communication, reducing the need to utilize other vehicles to obtain this information.
