What business value are you trying to achieve?
Best practice and our process say that part of the Performance Review should be to review the employee's position description to verify accuracy and consistency for what the employee is being evaluated on. This also increases the accuracy of all PDS, which is the responsibility of both the employee and the supervisor, with oversight from HR if necessary. |
