To have an HR user group that is able to see onboarding tasks and the status of where a candidate is in the process without having to rely on a report. We have staff that assists with uploading documents from PageUp to our database and they can't see the forms that are uploaded and attached to onboarding tasks without 'controlling' one of the individuals who are assigned to the offer card.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
By having this visibility, it would provide better customer service as more of our team would be able to answer questions quickly that come in from hiring managers. It would also allow them to more easily assist new hires if they have questions about task within the onboarding experience. |
This is a huge pain point for our HR users, as several functional areas need to be able to access different portions of onboarding. It also allows us to back each other up in the cases of absences. We have to assign a single user as an onboarding support role, which in turn limits the department to one role.
