Adjust "statuses" against new starter form to indicate Issued date and retain the completion date note on the actual completion date

What business value are you trying to achieve?
when an applicant is provided a new starter form (after accepting a contract) there is a date stamp. It shows as completed when completed but that completion is at a later date with a separate note. Need to make it clearer to users as they think the first date (date issued) is the completion date |
