Feature Request: Add a validation warning when a user selects "Non-employee" as the Offer Type. Since Non-employee offers are excluded from the New Hire export, display a message informing the user that the candidate will not be exported to the HRIS and ask them to confirm their selection.

Reduce onboarding delays and manual troubleshooting by preventing users from accidentally selecting an Offer Type that excludes new hires from the HRIS export. |
