Hi, all. The original change was performed to align with accessibility guidelines to ensure that users with visual disabilities would be able to use the Add notes and Add hold days feature properly. We've taken in the feedback about the usability inefficiency that this change has brought, so we've made an additional adjustment to improve the usability and at the same time meet accessibility guidelines by separating the two functionalities into two buttons. Switch the layout. Have Add New button first then bring up what you can add like Note or Hold days
The introduction of the extra step requiring users to select “Note” before adding has made the process more cumbersome and frustrating. It would be appreciated if this change could be reconsidered.
