Have the ability to insert a dynamic merge field for a candidate's profile card link during a status change. link can be sent ti managers which takes them directly to the candidate profile.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
It will make life easier for managers who do not navigate Pageup regularly and allow us to keep things inside the system instead of downloading and sending attachments. You could just send the link via a comms or status change |
