Provide a double-entry/double-key field type for the new starter form. This field type is useful when collecting data that is used to identify an individual. Using this field type, the value must be entered twice and both entries must match, otherwise a error will be produced and the hire will need to re-enter the information. This can be used to insure correct dates of birth (DOB) and social security numbers (SSN) are entered. These values are used to look up hires to see if existing records are found for them in our HRIS and will help us prevent the creation of duplicate IDs in that system.
