Currently we have all sections of the performance review as required to rate. However, we have one section that is not applicable to all employees. We set up the ratings with a "Not applicable" rating however that rating carries into their overall rating as "0" weight. Unfortunately we will now have to make all sections not required in order to remove the not applicable rating. Ideally there would be a way to either allow one specific section to not be mandatory OR allow for a "N/A" rating that won't affect the overall score.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
This would improve HR's control over the required sections of the evaluation and also not inaccurately weight scores. |
