It would be a great idea if we were able to title the performance review, not off the process name. Because then if we do not want to create a new process every year the review report does not show the review period being cover under that review.
In the same token, same thing when pulling previous jobs, the title is tied to the section name. So you would have to create a new template every year just so that people know what review period goals they are pulling.
Another title would also be great if we can add the job title to the reviews, so that the employee knows what job is tied to the review when looking at the report.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Trying to minimize the error risk when creating the reviews. If we were able to have some flexibility with these titles then there would be no need to recreate, cutting errors, cutting validation time, and the reports would have the needed information. |
