When Cronofy is triggered it sends a pre-configured template to the candidate with a limited number of merge fields and no ability to edit ad-hoc and/or add attachments, such as an RD.
The goal of Cronofy is to reduce steps and manual work but currently our TA team need to add an extra step before or after the interview invite in order to send any custom email or attach an RD.
