Currently, approvals must be completed one at a time, which can become time-consuming and create bottlenecks during high-volume hiring periods such as faculty recruitment or student hiring. Introducing a feature that allows users to select and approve multiple offer cards at once—while still maintaining visibility into key details and audit controls—would significantly improve efficiency and help reduce turnaround time for candidates. This type of functionality could streamline workflows, support scalability, and create a more consistent and timely hiring process across departments.
