Configurable Centralised Candidate Trackers Within PageUp

Introduce built‑in, centralised candidate trackers within PageUp that can be configured for any application stage (e.g. Pre‑Checks, Offers, Onboarding, Compliance). These trackers should be filterable by site, team, recruiter, job, and date. Administrators should be able to assign users to specific trackers based on their assigned Teams and Jobs, and users should be able to add dynamic columns to track stage‑specific requirements (e.g., medical checks completed, passport submitted, training certificates submitted).

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Currently, recruiters manage their own recruitment trackers outside of PageUp using Excel files or third‑party CRMs. This introduces additional ad hoc tasks for users, increases the risk of data loss, and creates inefficiencies due to fragmented and inconsistent tracking across teams.

Recruitment teams currently rely on individual, external tracking tools—such as Excel spreadsheets or third‑party CRMs—to manage candidates once they reach key application stages. This approach results in duplicated effort, inconsistent tracking methods, limited visibility across teams, and a higher risk of data loss or outdated information. A configurable, built‑in tracker within PageUp would allow organisations to centrally manage candidates at any selected application stage, rather than being limited to a single use case. Trackers could be designed to support different recruitment workflows, such as pre‑employment checks, offer management, onboarding readiness, or compliance activities. Administrators would be able to assign users access to specific trackers based on their assigned Teams and Jobs, ensuring recruiters and hiring teams only see candidates relevant to their scope of work. This would support clearer ownership, better workload distribution, and improved governance across recruitment activities. Each tracker should support filtering by site, team, recruiter, job, and date, enabling users to monitor progress and prioritise actions easily. In addition, the ability for users to add dynamic, configurable columns—such as indicators for medical checks, passport submission, or training certificates—would remove the need for external spreadsheets while allowing flexibility for different roles, regions, or recruitment processes. Overall, a centralised tracker capability within PageUp would reduce manual effort, eliminate reliance on external tools, improve data consistency, and increase visibility and efficiency across recruitment teams by keeping all candidate tracking within the platform.
