Please address issue in the “Candidate Search (new)” function: At the moment, we can only search for a flag, but we can’t exclude specific flags from the search results. This makes bulk communications quite difficult, as the current search will also include candidates we don’t want to contact, such as DNE and current employees. We would also like to request to be able to select ALL candidates in the search, rather than a maximum of 250 at a time.
