Interview Guide Communications - Settings

When an Interview Guide is created against a job card, an automated email is sent to the contacts on the job card to notify them they have been added as a 'collaborator' on the guide.

Currently this communication is hard coded in the system and SuperUsers have no control over the communication content, settings or whether this communication should be sent or not.

As we have access to control all other communications within the system, I believe these communications should also have editing access.

Communication consistency to align with business needs.
