Adding a bulk note to the Employee Summary History to record the reason for actions taken, specifically to note for audit purposes and investigations.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
When a performance review is archived, our process is to add a note so we can track down why, when the review was archived, and by whom. As our system can temporarily archive an employee if they transfer roles, we may accidentally archive their review when it should stay active. It will be more efficient to add a note when you can bulk archive (which, if you add a box for why the bulk archive, that will work as well). |
