Additional Information Forms: Set expiration dates and reminders

Allow for an expiration date to be assigned against an additional information form that is triggered as part of an application status update. Automatically remove the additional information form from the applicant portal once expiration date/time is reached. Allow for a new application status update to be set IF the additional information form is not completed before the expiration date. Allow reminder emails to be configured against pending additional information forms.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Facilitate the collection of data from applicants and candidates at different stages of the recruitment process to comply with state law (https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/codes_displaySection.xhtml?lawCode=EDC&sectionNum=89521.)

To comply with the state law referenced above, the CSU would like to trigger an additional information form for certain applicants to complete. Applicants will have a set amount of time/days to complete the assigned additional information form, but without the ability to configure an expiration date against this form, recruiters are required to manually check anyone who has not completed the form in the allotted time and are required to remove (Hide) the assigned additional information forms from those applicants. Recruiters will also need to manually update application statuses for anyone who has not completed the required form to disposition them as no longer suitable. And recruiters must send any reminders to complete the pending additional information form manually as no reminder emails can be configured as part of the additional information forms.
