Candidate Search - Remember state - Optional

Candidate Search - Remember state - SHOULD be Optional.
It is not obvious (should be VERY obvious if not optional) that previously filters are retained, and user get confused when their search does not return results due to the last filters entered being still applied. It would be good for them to refresh at least from session to session.
