Configure the “Approval Process” field on the Offer Card in PageUp to be a mandatory field before the offer can be submitted or progressed. Currently, this field is optional and can be left blank when users complete the offer details. Making the field mandatory would require the user to select the relevant approval workflow before the offer can proceed.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Making the “Approval Process” field mandatory will prevent offers from being submitted without an associated approval workflow. When the field is left blank, the offer does not enter an approval pathway and can effectively become stalled or lost in the system until it is manually identified and corrected. Requiring this field will improve governance, ensure all offers follow the correct approval process, reduce administrative intervention by HR, and improve overall efficiency and visibility in the recruitment workflow. |
