1-on-1 templates that can be stored by customers for use only allow Rich Text File (RTF) formating. RTS formating is not commonly used and most organisations with security controls aligning with ISO, Essential 8 and more will not allow the use of RTF files as they are easily exploited. This makes dimishes the value add of this tool by having templates with merge fields to present perfortmance review data to support 1-on-1 meetings.
Recommend updating and offering options to use word and etc similar to offer merge files in recruitment.
