Applicants can withdraw incomplete applications which prevents incomplete application management from picking up these records and deleting them from the system. Please either allow us to restrict withdrawal for applications that have not been submitted or allow the incomplete application process to pick up and purge these records.

Improved system processes, data retention practices, and user expereince. |
and Incompletes who never get a reminder message never get deleted by the recruitment process rules. This needs to change - no reminder sent because the reminder rules not triggered should get deleted with the deletion email based on days after sourcing closed
