Having the ability to edit information (some or all fields) input by a new hire on their new hire form before it goes through the integration & having incorrect info being fed into other system from the integration.
Examples people type in SSN incorrect from their legal document, not capitalizing names, errors related to the form prefilling & putting other info in fields associated with name or etc.( e.g email filling in for last name).

Let incorrect data from the new hire being loaded into official company systems due to the applicant not catching the error before submitting the new hire form, resulting in an abundance of cleanup in subsequent connected systems after the integration feed. |
