Required qualifications from an approved position description do not automatically carry over to the raised job requisition for candidate rating. These qualifications must be manually entered line by line on the job card for candidates to be assessed against them. If the qualifications auto-populated into the raised job card, they could still be reviewed, but this could prevent unnecessary re-entry of same/similar data.
