Secure Recruitment (Restricted Access) – Confidential Recruitment for HR Roles

When using the Secure Recruitment (restricted access) functionality to recruit for HR roles, application information still needs to remain confidential from the broader HR team. While Secure Recruitment prevents HR users from locating the job card, they are still able to search by an HR employee’s name and view their application and related details. This creates a confidentiality gap when recruiting for HR positions.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Ensure full confidentiality of applications for HR roles by preventing HR users with PageUp access from viewing application details when they are not part of the recruitment process. This protects privacy, maintains trust, and supports appropriate governance when recruiting within HR.
